Did Steven Alan close? knoxdallas.org is saying it has probably closed for good...is that true?

Those condos were bought out a couple of years ago. They've had rezoning signage for the last year for height. Trinsic building 5 stories on a podium sounds right to me.

There's also about to be some action at the old Adelmo's space behind lululemon. A group of people were there discussing construction plans for the space. I'm hoping for a sandwich place or coffee shop.

I think it has been known that there was something in play when the old Sangria space was shuddered and never reopened even after a press release from Lombardi was put out with a concept and chef. Unfortunately, I think it is going to be a mammoth RH... I hope I am surprised.

Knox View...it will indeed be a view of the knox neighborhood...but not really in the knox neighborhood.

There's a "marine layer coming soon" sign up now on one of the retail spaces created in the former Chili's space.

I think the car wash is owned by the same people who own the cvs property. They're looking for another high dollar ground lease. I always wondered who goes to TL&C and I'm also very surprised it lasted so long!

Looks to me like le bilboquet is planning to open their oyster bar concept in May on the corner. The other spaces look like they are being subdivided into individual retail spaces. Does anyone know when Knox Street will begin the lane reduction and sidewalk expansion? Last I heard, this was approved, funded, and expected to begin in 2017. I was just wondering if anyone had any more specific information.
