I have kind of given up on the Travis-Cole-McKinney corridor bordered on the north by Fitzhugh to the south at Hall St. This along with Lemmon Ave. going towards the tollway has remained very old suburban style part of town compared to Uptown and now Knox. They originally sold it as being in the Arts District but that area needs a refresh with cohesive streetscape and lighting and landscape to signify the entire Arts District as it is looking pretty worn out from the 80's and 90's when most of it was installed.

As long as we still have so much unbuilt land in our urban core I doubt we see anything near supertall levels. It will take several lower height buildings that get built over existing parking lots for the time being. Eventually land will become scarce and we will see the height go up slowly over time.
