My commute takes me right by this grassy hole in the in the ground. The many failed plans for this parcel leaves me sus.

But I find it mind-boggling that a property so close to The Mansion and new nearby projects wouldn’t take advantage of the area’s synergy.

I’ve been harping for years about how they’d make fabulous apartments/condos and my coworkers thought I was nuts.
