I rarely post, but read every day. Would definitely do so.

Re: Corporate Relocations/Expansions
I think I see this going to Tulsa over Austin. If it's manufacturing, I see OK and Tulsa being way cheaper. They are also an inland port city (Port of Catoosa), so shipping goods there is probably easier and more cost efficient than Austin. Also, Tulsa is better positioned as a transport hub for rai...

Re: Dallas: Medical District
You misunderstand "net worth"- someone can own a $300k home, but if the mortgage balance is $250k, they're not in the highest percentiles of wealth. If you look at the SCF with this quick shortcut calculator you can either include or exclude home equity in the assets. https://dqydj.com/ne...

It's probably a government subsidized route that falls under EAS (Essential Air Service).

Crappy iPhone nighttime shots, but you can get an idea of the lighting on the crown. The 2nd floor upward is also lighted along the vertical brick areas. The crown has a really interesting dotted "V" pattern on it if you look closely. Cycles between lots of colors, but so far has tended to...

Re: DFW Economy
^That is amazing. I would say as long as Dallas has been trying to be a "global" city, it may already be there in the eyes of the rest of the world. Also, NYC is almost TRIPLE the size of DFW (people wise) - just throwing that out there. It's pretty mind-boggling that Dallas is in the sam...

Re: DFW Airport
Did anyone notice that DFW has started building out the ramp for future Terminal F (from Google Maps)? I doubt that it means anything for actual Terminal F, but it's at least that much less to do for it. Term F.PNG I also found this after a quick Google. It's a PDF of the scope of the project. This...

This looks a lot like the Ascent in Tysons Corner, VA. I really dig all the dark brick on this, it looks great.

It's not as fancy as Amsterdam or Rome, but AA started daily flights to Billings on the 2nd. I happened to see the article while I was in MT a week ago. http://billingsgazette.com/news/local/direct-american-airlines-flights-from-billings-to-dallas-take-off/article_06231c1e-44ed-5a22-a4fe-982aebd6708...
