The old Gucci and MK spaces are now combined behind the same drywall. I’m wondering if they are carving out some different size spaces since both of those spaces are relatively big. The same is going on where VS/Pink was and the Madewell / Cotton On spaces. I don’t think it’s all doom and gloom. Th...

Northpark is giving the appearance of a struggling mall with all the boarded up storefronts. Many of them have “coming soon”, but just as many are boarded up with nothing coming. The whole corner across from Starbucks is particularly sad looking. And upstairs appears to be really struggling.

It's amazing that they are able to buy an urban grocery store in one of the most dense parts of the city, shut it down, and just sit on the land for 7 years. They should just build an H-E-B Super Store on this spot and be done with it. It'd do massive business in the middle of the city 24/7/365. Totally agree. Apparently they struggle with attendance. Is it any surprise? I would imagine that 90% of the people in the metro area have no desire to drive to Frisco to attend a game. They lost a huge potential fan base by building their stadium in bfe. So very Dallas to do something like that.
