I think they should include the underside of Woodall Rogers as part of the Klyde Warren extension. Program it however it suits it (skate park, or otherwise) but make it all one big project!

Dallas should just release a blanket incentives packet for anything in the city limits with a few recommendations. The incentives are the ultimate draw for a dallas campus. The victory park proposal is very enticing in my view

by my count it is 28 stories. add to that that the floor to floor heights are probably greater than KPMG and you get a considerably taller building

man, this portion of Hall's complex has really shrunk over the years. just a few years ago it was to be 39 stories.
