I doubt they'll put in a rail station there, since there is one not too far away at Arapaho. I remember seeing the Hall of State during the Drive-Thru State Fair this past year. It was surreal how great it looks. Hopefully once things open back up, there will be more of a push to utilize the interior for exhibitions, events, etc. I have never actually been inside of it.

The fountain is actually happening!! And it is way more "Dallas-y" than initially planned, which I mean in the kitschiest, complimentary way possible. I love how this city has so many different lighting features.

Wow, that is interesting. I wonder how this ends up competing with the HSR project. One of the big selling points for HSR against a traditional airline is that you can just show up and get on. In theory, this airline would offer a similar no-TSA experience.

^Wow, yeah that would be pretty substantial. It will be interesting to see development geared toward UTD hop over Waterview on that side. Today, that seems like it would be quite the hike, but once the DART station and related TOD is complete, it may not seem like such a drastic distance.
