It's interesting. I have a feeling that while parks like KWP and Main Street Garden have been catalysts for later development around them, the Trinity River Park may end up finally getting "built" if for no other reason than there's too much ancillary development to keep delaying it.

That Shiloh Road station rendering looks like a hidden level in GoldenEye or something. Kind of hilarious, but I suppose a kitschy theme isn't the worst thing.

I haven't been down in quite a while, but the brewery isn't directly next to the Discovery District, is it?

Looking at Google Maps, it seems like it is one block east. I for some reason had thought it would have a patio facing the district.

Oh man, I really hope that is not torn down as well. One of my favorite buildings in the entire city. I'm not sure the ROI lines up, but would love to see it turned into a little cafe or coffee shop. A patio with that view of downtown would be amazing.

What a great amenity this will be. Hopefully whatever takes over the Spaghetti Warehouse space is able to take advantage of all that space fronting the park. Possibly build out a patio or ground-floor retail of some kind.

It would be awesome if it could do something similar to what the MATA has done (next to KWP) and go near the deck park by the zoo. I'm not sure if it's feasible to get over there the way the roads are currently aligned, but who knows what that area will look like in 10 years.

There's the Fair Park thread! I was trying to find it yesterday as I saw this news, but couldn't track it down.

Anywho, these seem like some really great incremental changes to Fair Park. I especially like the Music Green park between the Music Hall and the African American Museum.
