Atlas Metal Works at Sylvan and Singleton is slowly coming down.

Does anyone know what is planned for the lot at Singleton and Herbert currently being demolished (across from Trinity Groves)? It has had a fenced off warehouse looking structure that is surrounded by apartments.

Does anyone know what the landing being cleared along the North side of Singleton and Crossman is for?
