This would be an amazing development. And, the new DART D2 line will have a station adjacent. Near a few major freeways. Adjacent to all the new stuff in Victory Park. Nearby residential and hotels in place. Can't really beat this site as far as Uptown goes.

I would think they might film a unique line for each major metro area and then play that specific ad in that geographic area. With technology it's much easier to target ads that way these days. They probably picked a restaurant off a list without too much thought, hence the neighborhood name gaffe.
