Temple TX, I believe, is the HEB/Central Market distribution center/commissary that covers Upstate. Think I heard about an expansion for it, not sure. Couldn't hurt to get a bit closer, though, some day I guess when it works for them.

Krigler is looking like it will open inside The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas by late September occupying a relatively small space that used to be an internal gift shop. The gift shop has been dark since early 2020.

The fins are seemingly just decorative from what I can tell, and, probably provides more visual interest to the building from the long view (further away). Not really a substantial and consistent vertical louver system for providing good shade benefits, etc.

That sure is an impressive number if just the 4. I can't help thinking that Renaissance Tower could have quite an impressive number just in it's halfish-building conversion alone. I'd like to see that number later. I'm going to guess no balconies will be punched-in on this one.
