Oh, also, I'm not sure it's been noted - but, that area above/along the Pearl-Olive exit seems to be u/c next to Museum Tower for the replacement/new dog park. Kind of a late note.

Tentative fountain schedule, including a third set of park restrooms (not incl. inside old Savor and maybe a staff set behind the scenes) because the fountain isn't for that ;) -

Small towns do not necessarily equal charm(-ing). Status quo, I like the friends I already have - don't need more, Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening. In Seattle, it was KBO. Keep the Bastards Out back in the '90s. Don't ruin our charm.

Small town charm is so subjective. Even in Dallas, in the heart where I'm mostly finding myself, e.g. lower Uptown to EMC Downtown I run across people I already know just walking around or people I came to know decently enough eventually because of daily walkabout/hang-out routines, or, just see the...

New buildings and/or alterations to existing buildings w/in official West End boundaries can't exceed 100 feet last I knew.

A great reason to get the Field St. District out of the ground not too far away. Everything in the WE is deemed to stay somewhat similar in arch style and restricted in height.

I keep seeing in various threads about major housing developments stating price ranges of 300K give or take in areas S/SE/SW from Dallas County and can't help thinking that a really big boat was missed not getting these exact same houses built in the 150-200K range many, many, many years ago.

Pickard Chilton Architects were involved in that 20-year-old design also. . . (As well as HKS in some form also)

Also, 3001 TC.
