You all probably already mentioned an ice cream shop (in this thread or the other catch-all thread) going in at West Village, here's some data:

Looks like this one hit the circularized case phase in early August, with heights in the mid to high 400s. You can just follow the same links posted above, they still use the same url.

The development idea has been around a good while sitting seemingly quiet. It's another site that would be nice to see fill-in like tetris around the Tex-Mex Trifecta.

Yes x3. Taco Diner is reloading their brand it appears although I think they'll still have one location.

Taco Diner concepts (old/perhaps new) will be dished from the backside of old Savor/new KWP Mi Cocina (sister) in the old Relish part of the building facing Olive St. and the porch at KWP as well.

Another restaurant planned to go in either along this alley or somewhere else in the 2828 building if the application is 100% correct. I'd imagine it would be along the alley:

Very interesting. Maybe also, instead of or in addition to bypass or short-cut, it could also be a beeline or just a direct/straight-ish line originally.(Aside from the on-property or adjacent-to airports or airfields that have an airline road. Re: Local place name origins/meanings thread

The answer could be more simple and/or possibly mundane and literal than my thoughts, but, from what I understand an "airline road" (or maybe air line?) was a pretty old name/slang/nickname for something like a bypass or short-cut. In it's current form within the urban fabric, that wouldn'...

Small towns do not necessarily equal charm(-ing). Status quo, I like the friends I already have - don't need more, Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening. In Seattle, it was KBO. Keep the Bastards Out back in the '90s. Don't ruin our charm.

A great reason to get the Field St. District out of the ground not too far away. Everything in the WE is deemed to stay somewhat similar in arch style and restricted in height.
