It is definitely disappointing. I suppose maybe there was no hope for the brick after removing paint. I would've been fine with just repainting the brick after all the remodeling was complete than going this route. It is very close to 2525 McKinnon, and, a good point. The gap is strikingly close as viewed from Harwood St. I walked through it during the early days of construction.

I totally forgot about that. I had noticed a Coming Fall 2020 (or something like that) sign once when I was walking over to Cafe Momentum. I believe there is also an interior access point for Mosaic residents. Looks pretty good.

Yes, the Census Bureau ACS has always segregated the Denton-Lewisville defined urbanized area away from DFWA as well. And, that even includes part of Dallas County. . .

The really old trestle bridge sections that remain on both sides of the river are now currently getting demolished. Seems the south side must be the first stage of demolition and then they move on to the north side where it's mostly the wooden construct.
