Great vantage point Griffin, thanks!

Here's one closer to the ground from the tree house at KWP, probably the last 1-2 weeks to see BofA Plaza from KWP:

Anyone remember reading, oh I don't know, within last 25 years-ish, anything about planning to merge the streets together right where the new Dallas Holocaust/Human Rights Museum is? I'm guessing where those outdoor terraces are might be the first level of offices, secondary quasi-lobby, pop-up lunch gig, amenities, etc. Hopefully the ground-floor restaurants have a patio, and, the patios face the quieter Akard side.

Caroline St. is probably imagined in pencil on paper to be at least one of the points of access/egress to a garage or garages (e.g. one separate across the street/one as podium to tower on the other side of street).

The only thing I'd really like to see happen to the CC at this point is to just green roof it w/native grasses across the entirety of the complex, minus the arch-supported roof and the arena. And, also have living walls in several areas of the exterior vertical portions of the complex.
