The only 2 names that have been mentioned thus far are Meso Maya and Starbucks. That's always subject to change though. NO permits have been pulled yet on the actual construction, but would expect to see that this month.

I didn't really want to start a new thread for West Village or 3700M... I know we had threads for both on the older site. But seeing today on a few site plans that J Crew is set to vacate their West Village spot. I'm a little surprised by that but the space should fill quickly.

It's a surprising location for Patagonia. Seems like they'd be a much better fit for Knox Street, but maybe there's just not any room left on Knox. This is cool though! Perhaps it'll start a movement for others to follow. A downtown location would have been sweet too!

Makes me wonder if there are any plans to eventually replace that RREAF Holdings building. It seems ripe for demo for a much larger mixed-use project especially with the pending addition to Klyde Warren.

For what it's worth, the project no longer appears on LoopNet and I can't seem to find it on the Hillwood website. I would say this is either going through a new design process or it's d-e-a-d!

^^ It could be something, but not really too much to report right now on Hidden Ridge. This case is going before P&Z on Monday. They're simply trying to replat 2 lots in Block A into 1 lot for FWY (Freeway) uses. It's about 9 acres. Hopefully just the first step to a much larger announcement.
