I still have trouble understanding why a stadium needs to be replaced every twenty years. Unfortunate that it revolves more around money and pushing subsidies around than a team actually having a legit presence in the local market.

It's unfortunate that this is how we treat the some of the last remaining building stock of this type. Will they be adding brick to the finish out on the beams surrounding the glass, or just slap some paint and call it a day?

Really impressive stuff. I am hoping we see the type of density on Oak Lawn gradually move northwards towards the "midtown" and 635. Then I think we will have a pretty impressively massive self sustaining urban fabric.

Thanks for the update Kelley! I always imagined that land would be great use for a park. Irving really does not have a lot of public green space. Also Las Colinas Boulevard would be suitable for bike lanes as well.

That is unfortunate to hear, exactly this mix on Fitzhugh is what makes this part of town exciting. The "Dallasification" of all of its neighborhoods is transforming the city in to one large "Blah" of Stucco and 3 story townhomes.
