Neat. Most significantly, the new gates' walls are made of what is called "dynamic glass," which Donohue said will make temperatures in gate areas 15 to 20 degrees cooler in the summer. I'm curious if there's anything more to this than just glass that changes tint according to light levels...

It's funny, there aren't a ton of buildings quite like this in Dallas and yet this manages to still be the most Dallas thing ever. The design philosophy is peak Dallas. It's a "North Dallas Special"/McMansion variant of SMU.
