Huh. I didn't realize there was that much vacant land tucked away back there, but looking at the satellite it really stands out. Yeah, a good spot for ""river front"" residences.

It's funny, there aren't a ton of buildings quite like this in Dallas and yet this manages to still be the most Dallas thing ever. The design philosophy is peak Dallas. It's a "North Dallas Special"/McMansion variant of SMU.
