Forever 21 is just remodeling. Mango is going into level 1 by Hollister. Oakley and WHBM are relocating from their current spots. Zara seems to be taking those spots and the others on that side of the Nordstrom corridor in the upper level.

Saw that they are pouring some asphalt over the lot where the structure was. I guess they aren't ready for construction of the tower yet.

The apt bldg lot where Jake’s was is now all fenced off. I hope the Den bldg is demoed this round and we see action on the site. It just looks so rough as it is now.

The RL store closed due to the RL store in HP Village which was the local flagship. The new location will be even better. I don’t recall Houston having two RL stores at any point.
