I've noticed the decorative lighting on top has been out recently. Maybe they are fixing something up there.

I imagine RH and Weirs developments will implement the new wider sidewalks and diagonal parking. That just leaves the parking section with Indochino to be fixed.

Construction fencing is up on the side lot and scaffolding is up on the sidewalk along the garage/retail space. We should see a start after the cold weather subsides.

More jobs and residents in Deep Ellum along with rehabbing old structures is good for the neighborhood. Gas stations and other suburban infill kill urbanity.
