Re: Harwood Int'l District: No.14

Not a huge fan, but it’s better than the empty lot that’s currently there. Maybe if Uptown fills up with these smaller buildings, it can push some taller buildings to being built downtown.

This appears to be around 27 floors when you compare it to the nearby buildings in the rendering. It’s small footprint on the lot leaves room for the proposed Lexi tower.

Re: Downtown Dallas: Dallas High School

What a great spot for a tower, at least from a Downtown perspective. It'll partially cover up the dull-looking Sheraton and make use of a relatively undesirable lot. Win win. Yes this is a great infill project. Affordable housing too. I might get on the waiting list haha I wish more undesirable lot...

I was thinking COS would be perfect in the old MS space. Billy Reid will open in a week and the Parachute store is open. I noticed Lucky Brand and GNC are now gone. Bath & Bodyworks will take over the old Peloton space, I assume at some point next year after Trains at NorthPark leaves the space ...

That would make the most sense.
VC&A stores aren’t usually that big and being wedged between those other two stores would be a better space for them.

I also saw that work was being done on the Bluemercury expansion.
