This great! It will bring some type of draw to the area. Next to it is the The Black Academy of Arts and Letters (performing arts). It’s located in the original theater portion of the complex, which is getting completely renovated as well. So, both venues (or anchor facilities) will now have permane...

I just can't believe such a prime spot is being wasted on a building that will be completely lifeless on the weekends. Living next to Klyde Warren is such a bigger perk than working next to Klyde Warren. This building should have been a mix. The 2nd tower is suppose to be mixed use. I believe a hot...

According to the CPC meeting, it was suppose to be 28 stories but was lowered to 23 stories because of the budget. No mention of the height…so, I’m just gonna assume that 689 ft is definitely a mistake as well.

Found the site plan…I’m a layman and not an expert whatsoever, but it does say that the building height is 689 ft. Maybe that is the height plus elevation? Or perhaps it has a spire??

We already have two streetcar lines. Connecting them is the only way we'll truly make them useful as a complete system. I think it can be successful if done right. Destinations on it are already popular like Bishop Arts, KWP, West Village, etc. KC's streetcar is a model that Dallas should follow.
