It looks like Victory Commons is at street level now. *Bonus* The Victor and the Swexan Hotel (in the background)

This could be the end of the building boom due to Covid-19. I’m satisfied with what has gone up in the last few years.

In the second photo, cranes for the Swexan Hotel, Flora and Olive Tower, and The Victor can also be seen.

Makes me wonder if there are any plans to eventually replace that RREAF Holdings building. It seems ripe for demo for a much larger mixed-use project especially with the pending addition to Klyde Warren. Yes, it got shorter – down to 316 feet. A nearby residential building asked that the building not blot out the sun.


Would have liked the additional height...even though it’s not much
