I just drove SB on Stemmons and this building has really started to make an impact on the VP skyline.

I agree with many of the posts above. I think it’s just too boxy and a little lackluster. If this is what’s going to be built, I just hope that the ground level is great.

Makes me wonder if there are any plans to eventually replace that RREAF Holdings building. It seems ripe for demo for a much larger mixed-use project especially with the pending addition to Klyde Warren. Yes, it got shorter – down to 316 feet. A nearby residential building asked that the building not blot out the sun.


Would have liked the additional height...even though it’s not much

I hope this will spur growth among the sea of surface lots in the east part of Downtown. I feel like this area has great potential for some condo towers like in uptown. Just a dream though... With Pacific Plaza's construction wrapping soon, I'm betting we see those nearby lots built upon much soone...

I think this is going to spark a lot of redevelopment in inner city Dallas. Areas like South Dallas maybe become more attractive due to its proximity. I’m excited on what this could do for Dallas!

It looks like they’ve started. I’ve seen construction equipment and ground torn up (on the site) driving south on Stemmons. Maybe 1 or 2 good piles of debris.
