Yeah houston is only 5,000 square foot. The dallas one is 6500 square foot. Houston is no match.

Why would you want second locations when there could be new stores? Also, HP management once said they won't put a store at the Village if it already exists at Northpark or near by. Wonder how Tory Burch hasn't gotten the boot yet. That store is one of the originals and still produces high volume. ...

Why would you want second locations when there could be new stores? Also, HP management once said they won't put a store at the Village if it already exists at Northpark or near by.

So many new spaces opening up. I'm excited to see what they will replace them with. 1) Former Etro 2) Former Escada 3) Former Hadleigh's 4) Current Dior can be split into 2 stores 5) Former Anthropologie can be split into 3 or even 4 I could see: Thom Browne, The Row, Vera Wang, Chopard, Kiton, Miu ...
