I guess the pics were not for public viewing. They’ve been taken down now. Glad I took them when I did!

Shot from today. Looks like they’re laying forms for 20? (No 13th floor I don’t believe). Not sure if this one has 20 or 21 floors.

Re: Harwood Int'l District: Bleu Ciel (390 FT / 33 ST)
Well apparently they are overpriced. There really are not that many high rise condos for sale. They go quickly if priced right. Re: Demolished (and about to be) Properties 2.0
4500 block Abbott Highland Park three small apartment buildings coming down. About the last of these buildings on Abbott. Anyone know what’s taking their place? Low-rise, ultra-luxury rental condos. My group is currently providing the land loan. Interesting that they’re rental units. How many are p...

Re: Knox / Henderson - Knox Street Side
I'm still in awe as to how quickly this area has transformed. I'm glad to see potentially some condos coming to the area, hopefully they are priced under $1 million! Even if this does end up being in the same price range as Museum Tower and Blue Ciel, I could see this one faring better. At least, t...
