Tear down the old Albertsons, rebuild an HEB or Central Market on the street with parking underground or behind store, with capabilities of building towers above at some point in future when markets dictate. Something/anything!

FWIW I’m on their instagram feed and they post whenever a home goes under contract. They claim there are currently only 10 homes left. So several more should show sold soon.

Soil work has started on phase two

There was a groundbreaking ceremony this morning for this project. Woman I spoke with said construction starting in a couple of weeks.

No that’s the 2525 Turtle Creek project by Hanover Cos. Speaking of, I’ve never been able to find any renderings of it. Nothing on Hanover website. Anyone know where to find renderings?
