Re: Deep Ellum 1.0
I seriously hope it is not a parking lot or parking garage. An example of the disconnect between the people on this forum and the people who live, work and own businesses in Deep Ellum. hah an example of how the people on this forum think they know the people who use this forum. Re: Deep Ellum 1.0
]In the past couple days, the building to the north of the Case Building was demolished. I was surprised to see how fast it went down. Would anyone happen to know the reason behind this? I seriously hope it is not a parking lot or parking garage. https://www.google.com/maps/place/334+Hall+St,+Dallas...

Re: Downtown Dallas: 2000 Ross Project
I am new to this process but I do have a question. Assuming they only build the parking garage, which seems very likely, is it not possible for an individual or the city to take legal action against such projects? It makes me very uncomfortable that a developer can go to the city, present a project,...

Re: East Dallas: Ross Avenue Corridor
That median is lame though. If we could do something like this: I actually lived in Mexico City for 2.5 years, a block away from where you pointed out, this median and the one on Amsterdam Avenue became part of my daily routine. A true pleasure to walk on such urban spaces. It would great if this i...

Re: East Dallas: Ross Avenue Corridor
Ross Ave. would drastically change if they built a landscaped median from downtown to lower greenville. It is great to see all these projects, but such a median, in my opinion, is what will truly change how Ross feels.

"Dallas/Fort Worth Airport has an impressive seven runways, but one of them is about to be shut down for awhile. The airport’s busiest runway, 17C/35C, will get a facelift in 2018, officials said this week. The plan was announced after the airport received $52 million in federal grant funds for...
