They can capitalise off of the decline of Willow Bend, which is just a couple of miles to the north. Get L’occitane, RH, Mitchell Gold & Bob Williams, Allen Edmonds, Brooks Brothers, Vineyard Vines, and whatever other notable stores they have left up there to move down, and I bet they’d thrive....
