I think Dallas would benefit from a subway system that's heavy rail, like New York, instead of just burying the DART rail line. The DART rail system seems to function more so as a commuter system.

Why is “preserving the arena” important? How often is it utilized? Seems like that location would be good for ancillary development.. I'm interested in preserving it for historical purposes. It's outlived being practical for its original use, but we can come up with something better than destroying...

Even if the Fed rate hikes has a deflationary effect on housing, Dallas demand is so high I don't think you'll see an impact from it for years

It actually has a nice presence. I like it. It turned out well, along with it's neighbor the Virgin Hotel. Can't wait to see what else the Design District will cultivate and grow.

I'm so tired of stucco..and idk what it is... But I've yet see decent stucco apartments in this city We don't know how execute the style properly and the stucco quality looks cheap That's because the buildings themselves, the one plus fives, are trash buildings built using cheap material for poorly...
