I feel like New York and any big city has this problem. Large employers leave for newer fancier buildings in the CBD. That's ok, as long as buildings and real estate can adapt to those changes. I'd rather have this problem than businesses fleeing Dallas.

I've been to this theater once and I think it's reasonably priced along with great quality seats. Definitely recommend.

In this case, it's meant to compete with H-E-B... IMO HEB's pretty weak in that regard, at least their stores in Plano, Frisco, and south. Yeah, they have those sections, but they aren't that great, just slightly better than a regular grocery store. There are HEB Plus' that have these type of stores.

I think the elevation already starts at 101 ft above sea level. To do some complicated math, the elevations would from ground level would be at its tallest 245ft above the pavement and then 148ft at its shortest.
