Re: Las Colinas/North Irving Development
I noticed Homegrown Hounds has vacated their space at Water Street. Nothing new on the leasing plan but Google maps list that space as PlayTri Las Colinas. It will be nice to have a Swim/Bike/Run store in the area. http://alturl.com/nwykm https://www.facebook.com/playtrilascolinas

Re: Las Colinas/North Irving Development
Looks like they're trying to build a 5 story AC Hotel on the little sliver of land right next to the Holiday Inn Express near the Music Factory / Convention Center. Design is pretty bland, but looks like it would have a 2nd floor pool deck and a restaurant. Parking is an issue though, and from watc...

Re: Las Colinas/North Irving Development
Good question on Cool River. Several years ago I saw a rendering on a development site for a condo tower with a new Cool River on the ground floor. I had assumed that project was dead but it would be nice to see something like that revived.

Re: Las Colinas/North Irving Development
The Keg restaurant next to The Ranch is boarded up and Red, Hot, and Blue has a lease sign in the window. The building that housed The Keg would be a great Trader Joe's location. Here's hoping!

Re: Las Colinas/North Irving Development
It looks like work is starting on a new restaurant at Star Park. On the developer's site, you can barely make out Firebirds but not sure if that will be the actual location. https://www.lpcretail.com/properties/las-colinas https://firebirdsinternational.com As for the Lifetime development, I'm holdi...

Re: Las Colinas/North Irving Development
Say Kelley, any idea what’s in the works for the former Schlotzky’s on Oconnor? I would hope for a newly renovated Schlotzsky’s, but doesn’t seem like they would have removed the exterior signage for that. Sniff. The latest Las Colinas Association restaurant guide list a new Starbucks opening at th...
