I would hope they would stay in the CBD close to DART, a community college is going to be a consistent provider of foot traffic and people buying coffee and food, and having it close to rail will encourage ridership and reduce parking/congestion issues.

I don't think it's necessarily plain and it's not really that ugly, per se. I like the dark gray brick veneer, and it's braver than another beige box.

I always loved the way those buildings looked. Like the poster above, they are kind of 1970s but in a good way. Buildings with glass that's not blue or dark/silver are pretty rare.

Google streetview going back to the year 2007 shows 2800 Taylor being occupied by a printing company.
