Two relatively large buildings between Meadow and Royal, right off of 75, were demolished over the last few months. They had been heavily damaged by the tornado from last October. I'm not at all sure how the lease cancellation works when you're building is destroyed.

Any idea how this building is supposed to add up to 1 million square feet of space? If it's just 20 stories of office space (according to the dmn article as the rest of the height will be above grade parking), 1m sqft seems like quite a lot. Most of the 20-25 story towers in uptown are 300k sqft.
