The Maple Terrace (3001 Maple) property, as of July 12, 2021, is now surrounded by a chain link fence.

Noticed today, July 7, 2021, the all the trees on the south and east sides of the Maple Terrace building had red ribbons around their trunks. (Did not check the west or north sides). Many are beautiful, mature trees. I assume this means they are targeted for destruction.
