Aside from all of the new stoplights that have been placed along Cesar Chavez I am starting to notice new stoplights appearing in various places downtown. Is this part of an overall downtown replacement strategy or just fixing some lights that are about to crash? It's likely some of both. Probably ...

I hope this will spur growth among the sea of surface lots in the east part of Downtown. I feel like this area has great potential for some condo towers like in uptown. Just a dream though... With Pacific Plaza's construction wrapping soon, I'm betting we see those nearby lots built upon much soone...

Chime is busy hiring a lot of people right now. They had 900 show up for their job fair on August 10th and are busy filling positions. They should be open with about 500 employees by the end of September. The escalator in the atrium is being installed this week.
