Before we get to five years Legacy area will add 30,000 new jobs and that is just the number today, not accounting for what is being added further north in Frisco or what has not been announced yet. Of every shopping destination this one is still the favorite but I still wonder when they will start making some obvious changes like a luxury boutique hotel or the addition of attached office space. Maybe more entertainment type venues....I admit I don't know what that is.

It's funny how much my own shopping patterns have changed, once I know what size I need I just order online and skip the mall. Now I really don't care to go in if I can avoid it. When I am in there I still see lots of people but wonder if they have noticed a change.

I wonder if any of them can be converted to floor space. What was a garage may become loft style housing or pretty much whatever. The structure is there and they would need utilities run but I can't imagine it would be impossible to do that.
