Looks like Sears has spared the Southwest Center mall location for now but for how long. I went in there about a decade ago for a water filter and even then it was a ghost town.

I thought there was a plan, one that involved Toyota, to at least run some kind of transit operation around Legacy West.

So this is the plaza that will have this new addition at 400 Record plus the new Courtyard too, correct?

Are they changing out the glass at the ground level?

Maybe one good thing about those garages is that they will block the view of the air conditioning units that have always sort of hung over the water garden.

Good for LC if they get it. Large relo projects are great but we will take small and mid-size projects too that will come here and grow. Very good for diversification.

It does seem a little slow but there has to be a ton of moving parts on a project of this size. It does sound like things are progressing which is good for this part of Dallas. Will be even better if they start landing some projects that might otherwise go further north.
