The new ground-floor tenant lounge in FP also has a pretty fancy espresso machine using Starbucks coffee beans. While Ascension’s coffee is superior, the availability of free Starbucks has certainly impacted the number of times I go to Ascension.

Lowe's is headquartered in Mooresville, North Carolina -- about 30-45 minutes away from Uptown Charlotte.
