City council members publicly confirmed HEB is the store that is going into the Fry's area. The vote we talked about a few weeks ago is in fact for their in-store BBQ restaurant's liquor license. When you say "publicly confirmed," did they do so in a press release or a City Council meeting?

They really need to widen I-30 though. I know it's not ideal from the standpoint of improving walkability/urbanity, but if Rockwall County isn't getting transit any time soon, they will have to improve throughput ASAP with the explosive growth out that way.
