I didn't know convention center expansion is back on the table. Developing Lot 206/Helipad with a welcoming, front door aesthetic will do wonders for the neighborhood; oriented toward the HSR Station, the butt end of the convention center becomes a major mixed use, LRT access point for the region. ...

Personally, I believe the stretch running from 121 to 75 will be filled with office and mixed use developments. Suburbs are in.
