The Forney store was suppose to break ground before Rockwall. The hold-up is HEB wanting a railroad crossing from Highway 80 to the parking lot. Issues with Union Pacific is causing the hold-up.

From sources inside its going to be converted to a Ritz Carlton or St.Regis. Talks are in final stages so should be a announcement soon or we'll know by the end of the year when Four Seasons will cut ties.

Forney been in media past few days. The Megatel Lagoon community mentioned above^ and HEB purchasing land on FM 548.
