From what I’ve heard that area is being planned for an additional dining district similar to the Outdoor Plaza. I’m not sure why they’d do that if they still haven’t leased the old Blue Fish space though. Didn’t they once mention a food hall of some sort? Would imagine that could be an option now t...

What about Primark? UK chain that recently entered the US and is spreading on the East Coast with plans to open stores around the US. It's kind of like H&M and Marshall's had a weird baby from what I can tell. Everything is really cheap and has a fast fashion type vibe to it, but its more basic...

Re: North Dallas: Galleria
FWIW, I think the foregoing has understated the size of the Marshall Field/Saks/Belk store. The building is slightly more than 180,000 square feet, so presumably two fliers would be slightly more than 120,000 square feet. A lot of what was mentioned sounds more suitable for the American Girl space.

I'm pretty sure the Galleria Nordstrom doesn't have a Collectors section anymore. That's what I mean when I say they got rid of all their designer selection. To address your last point, I suspect it's a combination of 2 factors at play. 1. Delusions of grandeur. There’s no way Cotopaxi was meant to be permanent, they kept the same storefront as Apricot Lane.
