Re: Fort Worth: The Shops at Clearfork
Finally went out there for the first time today, and I do understand the isolated feeling. It's not like it's on a major road, so it's easy to miss in comparison to places like The Domain or Legacy West. That said, it was pretty busy when I went there, and I bet the stores there do pretty well. I th...

I can 100% confirm Northpark Tory Burch does more than Highland PV Tory Burch. by a significant amount. I tend to agree that some are bieing a bit too negative about Willow Bend's future. 1. It's located in one of the wealthiest parts of DFW. So from a demographic standpoint, the project should have no problem appealing to potential retailers. 2. Just 2 miles down the road, at Park & Preston, is ...

So the new name is The Bend. Rebranding is a good idea. Neiman-Marcus, Macy's, & Dillard's are staying put. A significant part of the indoor mall will be demolished, then replaced by high-rise residential towers and a hotel, giving the development an immediate community of customers. I can see ...

It’s definitely Zara. That came out a while ago and their spaces are generally large, as for Uniqlo they probably would’ve announced it with the Arlington store. They should open a Zara on the Fort Worth side of the metro also! It takes about an hour to get from Fort Worth to Frisco or Dallas.
