Keep in mind yall the rendering is not of an actual planned development its a concept created by JLL to market the land to a developer. So it will probably look very different than the cut off image we see here.

The Main hall has always been used for weddings, EDM DJ events, corporate meetings. At least we have the GB Dealey Library-Special Collections located there. Hope that now that the facility is leaky they can secure a even more prominent collection but right now the main hall is their money maker.

Just think of the projects that are opening up now or soon. At least the existing buildings have some tenants to build on. I have definitely seen rental properties bracing for a bigger hit if all those people bidding on houses actually get something in this current run on the housing market.

Considering that area is highly desirable compared to the rest of Dallas. McKinney Ave addresses in Uptown and close by it are highly valued in the DFW Real Estate market. There is a lot of trendy areas in Dallas but McKinney Avenue in Uptown is where the highest return is expected beyond the burbs.
